Homestar Dusty is an Exceptional Televised Athlete

Whoops, I got the first time wrong, see correction in red for Sunday!
He won 5th place recently at the Pinnacle "Exceptional Driving" competition in Laughlin, Nevada. (And no that's not "wow you have no wrecks AND no parking tickets") That's Golf. Where not necessarly longest ball, but longest, most accurate ball wins. And Dusty got 5th out of 128 other amateur long drivers. Which gives him pro status, puts some cash in his pocket, and gets his mug on TV.
November 25 @3:30 - 4:30 PM on ESPN2.
November 27 @ 1:30 - 2:30 PM (CST) on ESPN.

And I'm his sister. Which makes ME cool.

Right?

Guys?

Hey wait up...

B-cos!!! I'm so confused!!! How do you know this lady?? And I was ALSO pretty sure that Kristian invented the ham story, which is why I was way confused to see it on a blog... but I heard it's kind of an urban legend on college campuses, I think. I may have made that part up. Lindz is good friends with Heather nee Shearman, right?? That's maybe how she knows the ham story????

Actually I heard the ham story from Markus Williams, who I think heard it from Kurt Bethel who may have heard it from BJ Mumford. So that puts me effectively in the Trumanite circle. However, I had chalked it up to an urban legend in my head because it had traveled so far. But I pray it is TRUE. Oh wowie wow. Anyway. Yes I know Angela from Shermans wedding festivities. I know Sherman through DR and Elisa through Shearman. I know Bercos and her blog through her comment on Elisas blog. There. Deep breath.

ah, all the pieces are coming together now! poor elisa, i didn't mean to confuse you! and linz, as far as the story, i heard it from the guy who supposedly saw it happen...so IF he's telling the truth, it's for real! but it's entirely possible that this guy made it up or had heard it somewhere else because he's just that kind of guy. but let's keep on believing...it's so much more fun that way!
anyway, it's so crazy that you know so many people i know (or that i know so many people you know....however you word it!). the wedding i was talking about before was kurt bethel's wedding (i was one of beth's bridesmaids) and i think this patrick fellow that posted here was in the wedding. hard to tell from the picture, but i think i'm right. i've known kurt and bj mumford forever (well, since i was a sophomore in high school) because they are my older sister's age and she went to truman too. i used to think they were gods. USED to that is:) just kidding...i mean, they're great, but i'm not so impressionable as i was in high school. anyway, thanks for the clarification. it helps!
