Putting an offer on a house in Webster. I'll keep you posted. All I have to say is, if this happens, there WILL be a sand volleyball court promptly installed in the 334ft long backyard and all of you WILL come over for good times to be had by all. Hoo hoo.. I hope I didn't just jinx this.

Still crunching numbers, but I'm pre-approved and junk so tomorrow or this afternoon i'll be putting the offer down. Yee haw.
