This is my ingenious papa and his makeshift suspender. His belt buckle broke in half and he had to fashion a single ridiculous suspender out of his "man purse" strap. Chuckles all around. A woman shopkeeper saw him and ran into the back room and pulled out a fist full of actual suspenders and tried to sell him a pair. 
This face would be the summationof the lucerne experience but less happy...
